How To Make A Pencil Hair Bow

Materials:

- Scissors or rotary cutter

1. First, cut your yellow ribbon 13 inches long. {Later every cut, be sure to either use your lighter or Fray Check to seal the edges and prevent unraveling.}

6. Cut your metallic ribbon 2 one/4" and fold it around the bottom of the pink ribbon, gluing as you go.
